Notice From Poppy Bush Unilaterally Amending President's Eight-Year Lease on the Levers of Global Hegemony

For valuable consideration, delivery of which is hereby acknowledged, George Herbert Walker Bush, "Landlord", omnipotent custodian to the Lease Agreement made for premises known located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington DC and dated on January 20, 2001, hereby unilaterally agrees to modify and amend said lease with "W" - a.k.a. Georgie Junior, "Tenant" as follows:

• Tenant shall IMMEDIATELY discontinue the catastrophic practice of formulating his own moronic opinions and/or drawing invariably asinine conclusions independently of Landlord.
• Tenant shall IMMEDIATELY replace his inner circle of middle-aged sycophants with Landlord's circle of geriatric sycophants, whose long-forgotten incompetence now pales in comparison to that of Tenant's.
• Tenant shall IMMEDIATELY disabuse himself of the preposterous delusion that his eligibility to occupy Premises was based on anything more than the happy coincidence of his having once swam from the engorged glans of Landlord's little pink tallywacker.

TAKE NOTICE that Tenant's failure to fully adhere to the terms of the lease amendment can and will result in Tenant's immediate EVICTION from the Premises, and ensuing BANISHMENT to the Kennebunkport basement rec room, where Bar Bush, "Mrs. Landlord", may exercise her prerogative to berate and throttle her miserable, disobedient brat of a son for having brought shame and embarrassment upon his family, thereby potentially infringing the rights of his relatives to rule eternally by Divine Right.

All other terms and covenants of the original Lease Agreement shall remain as contained.
